Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the DevlMon admin dashboard and the EmprendeAI executive portal (the “Service”) provided by Srikesh Infotech (“we”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company (the “customer”).
1. The Service
The Service provides workforce productivity reporting from disclosed monitoring software, integrations with the customer’s own Odoo, GitHub and Google Drive accounts, and AI-assisted business tools. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Customer responsibilities for monitoring
- Deploy the monitoring software only on devices the customer owns or is entitled to manage.
- Give employees clear, advance notice of what is monitored and obtain any consent required by applicable law (for example labor, privacy and data-protection law). The Service is designed for transparent monitoring and must not be used covertly.
- Use the resulting information lawfully, fairly and proportionately.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law; to access data you are not authorized to access; to interfere with or overload it; to attempt to bypass security or tenant separation; or to reverse engineer it except as the law permits.
5. Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party service (for example Google Drive, Odoo, GitHub, LinkedIn or an AI provider) you authorize us to access it on your behalf for the features you use, and you remain bound by that provider’s terms. Google Drive is accessed read-only, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
6. AI-generated content
AI answers, summaries and recommendations are produced automatically from your data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are aids to your judgment, not professional advice; verify important figures and decisions before relying on them.
7. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you and your systems put into the Service. You grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of significant changes.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Srikesh Infotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount the customer paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or to protect the Service or others. On termination the customer may request export or deletion of its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
